We're pleased to co-host “Holy Flow: A Yoga & Bible Journaling Experience” alongside certified yoga instructor Courtenay Brown at Shabach Yoga Studio in Waldorf, MD.
This unique event will blend the restorative movement of yoga with the reflective practice of Bible journaling—offering a peaceful and purposeful experience designed to renew the body, calm the mind, and uplift the spirit. Participants will be guided through an intentional flow of light movement, breathing, and scripture-based journaling to support wellness, personal reflection, and spiritual growth. Whether you’re seasoned in your faith walk or just beginning your journey, this experience is open to all levels.
